This Privacy Policy explains how M&N Consulting LLC, doing business as Business Launch University ("Business Launch University," "BLU," "we," "us," or "our"), handles personal information when you visit businesslaunchuniversity.com, use our member portal at members.businesslaunchuniversity.com, or communicate with us by email, phone, or text message (together, the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Account registration: your name, email address, phone number, and password when you create a free membership. Passwords are stored by our authentication provider in protected, hashed form; we cannot see them.
- Assessment and course information: your answers to the Business Opportunity Assessment, the Personalized Business Launch Plan created from those answers, and your progress in our training.
- Messages and requests: information you include when you contact us, book a call, or ask for support.
- Consent records: whether you agreed to receive text messages, the type of messages you agreed to, the date and time, the form you used, and the version of the disclosure you saw.
- Payment information: if you purchase a paid service, your payment is processed by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit, collected by our hosting providers in standard server logs for security and reliability.

2. How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account and give you access to the Services.
- To provide training, the Business Opportunity Assessment, and your Personalized Business Launch Plan.
- To schedule and manage calls or appointments you request.

- To send account, appointment, and service-related messages.
- To send marketing emails and, only with your consent, marketing text messages.
- To process payments for any paid services you choose to purchase.
- To protect the security of the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Artificial Intelligence
Your Personalized Business Launch Plan is created with the help of artificial intelligence. To do this, your assessment answers are sent to an AI service provider that processes them on our behalf to generate your plan. We do not allow these providers to use your information for their own marketing.
4. Email and Text Message Communications
When you register, we may send you emails about your account, your training, and educational opportunities. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. Informational texts may include account notices, appointment confirmations, and reminders. Marketing texts may include information about training, resources, and educational opportunities, and are sent only if you separately agree to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase or free enrollment.
5. Mobile Information and SMS Consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging platform providers, is permitted only as needed to deliver our own messages to you. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers that process information on our behalf to operate the Services, such as website and database hosting, account authentication, customer relationship management and messaging, email delivery, scheduling and video meetings, artificial intelligence processing, and payment processing. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of BLU, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: if our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
- With your permission: when you ask us to share information.
We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Section 5 applies to all mobile information and SMS consent data.

8. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We may keep certain records longer when needed to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. SMS consent and opt-out records are kept for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.

- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
- You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to close your account, by emailing support@businesslaunchuniversity.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
11. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

The Services may link to third-party websites and tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
