2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase if:

You purchased a Core or Accelerator Program, paid membership, or digital product directly from Business Launch University (e.g., via our website or official checkout pages).

You provide your full name, email address, and purchase receipt or confirmation number so we can verify your order.

We process refunds promptly, typically within 5–7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the purchase date

Free trials, free community access, or free digital products (e.g., eBooks, checklists, or free mini-courses)

One-on-one strategy sessions, VIP days, or services that have already been rendered

Third-party tools, software, or subscriptions (e.g., GoHighLevel, 10Web.io, ChatGPT) not purchased directly through us

Subscription Renewals & Cancellations

If you are enrolled in a monthly or annual subscription:

You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges

You must cancel before the next billing cycle to prevent being charged for the upcoming period
