Acceptable Use Policy

Business Launch University is a respectful learning community. These rules help keep it that way.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the website, member portal, training, live sessions, and community areas provided by M&N Consulting LLC, doing business as Business Launch University. It is part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Lawful Use

Use the Services only for lawful purposes. Do not use them to plan, promote, or carry out any illegal activity, including fraud, deceptive marketing, or violations of privacy, consumer-protection, or anti-spam laws.

2. Account Security

  • Keep your password private and do not share your account with anyone.
  • Do not use someone else's account or create accounts using false information.
  • Do not try to access areas, accounts, or data you are not authorized to access.
  • Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Respectful Community Conduct

Treat fellow members and our team with courtesy and respect. Disagreement is fine; disrespect is not.

4. Prohibited Behavior

You may not:

  • harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against anyone;
  • post hateful, obscene, violent, or sexually explicit content;
  • send spam, chain messages, or unsolicited sales pitches to other members;
  • promote schemes, investments, or offers that are misleading or fraudulent;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • collect other members' personal information without their consent; or
  • upload viruses or malicious code, or interfere with the operation of the Services.

5. Protecting Paid and Proprietary Materials

Our courses, videos, templates, workflows, and other materials are proprietary. Do not share, resell, record, download (except where a download option is provided for your personal use), or post them publicly, and do not share your login so others can access them.

6. Intellectual Property

Only post content you own or have permission to share. Respect the copyrights, trademarks, and other rights of BLU and of others.

7. Responsible Use of AI and Automation Tools

  • Do not use AI or automation tools taught in our training to deceive, defraud, or mislead consumers or businesses.
  • Do not send automated calls, texts, or emails without the consent the law requires, and follow carrier and platform rules.
  • Do not create fake reviews, fake testimonials, or content that impersonates real people or businesses.
  • Be honest with your customers about the services you provide, including when AI is involved.
  • Do not use bots or scripts to scrape, overload, or misuse the Services.

8. Enforcement

We may remove content, issue warnings, or suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if we believe this policy has been violated. Where appropriate, we may report unlawful activity to authorities. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal without refund, to the extent permitted by law.
