Terms & Conditions

The rules that apply when you use Business Launch University.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and M&N Consulting LLC, doing business as Business Launch University ("Business Launch University," "BLU," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply to our website, our member portal, our training content, and our communications (the "Services"). By using the Services or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are offered primarily to residents of the United States.

2. Your Account

  • You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Accounts are for one person and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
  • Tell us right away at support@businesslaunchuniversity.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Free Training Access

A free membership gives you access to the Starter Course and other free features we make available in the member portal. Free registration does not require payment information. Free content is added as it is released, and we may change, update, or discontinue free content at any time.

4. Paid Services

Some training, features, or services may require a paid membership or purchase. Any paid service is optional. Its price, billing terms, and cancellation terms will be shown to you before you buy, and those terms will apply along with these Terms. You will never be enrolled in a paid service without your clear agreement.

5. Educational Nature of the Services

The Services provide general business education and information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or other professional advice. Business Launch University is an independent training platform; it is not an accredited college or university and does not award degrees, academic credits, certifications, or licenses. 6. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee that you will start a business, find customers, earn income, or achieve any particular result. Any examples of services, prices, or income are illustrations only, not promises or predictions. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, decisions, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.

7. Your Responsibilities

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Make your own decisions about any business you start, including any licenses, registrations, insurance, and taxes it requires.
  • Comply with all laws that apply to you and your business, including laws about marketing, privacy, and consumer protection.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the Services, including videos, lessons, text, graphics, logos, templates, plans, and software, is owned by or licensed to BLU and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your own learning and business. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share, or create courses or products from our content without our written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • share your login or give others access to member-only content;
  • download, record, scrape, or redistribute content except as we allow;
  • harass, threaten, or abuse other members or our team;
  • post spam, false information, or unlawful content;
  • attempt to break into, disrupt, or overload the Services; or
  • use the Services to violate the rights of others.

10. Text Messaging Terms

If you agree to receive text messages from Business Launch University, these terms apply to our text messaging program:

  • Program: Business Launch University text messages. Informational messages may include account notices, appointment confirmations, and reminders. Marketing messages, sent only if you separately agree, may include information about training, resources, and educational opportunities.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any message, or email support@businesslaunchuniversity.com.
  • Consent is optional: Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of free enrollment.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We handle mobile information as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

11. Third-Party Tools and Services

Our training may refer to or rely on third-party platforms, software, and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, features, or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLU and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless BLU from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your business activities.

15. Changes to the Services and These Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Termination of Access

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
