A Lifetime of Building Businesses
Lehman Hailey started his first business in 1998. Since then, he has spent his career doing what Business Launch University now teaches: starting businesses, serving customers, and figuring out how to grow.
One of those businesses was a mortgage company that he owned and operated, with approximately 40 employees. Running it taught him what it really takes to build a business: finding customers, earning their trust, hiring and leading people, managing money, and keeping going when things get difficult.
Marketing, Technology, and AI
Alongside running his own companies, Lehman has worked in websites and marketing for more than 20 years. He has built hundreds of websites and marketing funnels, advised business owners since 2004, and wrote the book The DNA of Internet Marketing.
Today he works hands-on with modern, AI-powered business tools, and has seen how dramatically they have lowered the barrier to offering valuable services to local businesses.
Why He Started Business Launch University
Lehman created Business Launch University because he saw how many capable, experienced adults over 50 want to start something new but don't know where to begin. Many are overwhelmed by technology, and many have been burned by programs that promised quick riches and delivered little.
He wanted to build the opposite: an honest, practical, step-by-step place to learn real business skills, at your own pace, without hype.
A Personal Message from Lehman
If you're reading this, you might be wondering whether it's too late to start something of your own. I don't believe it is.
The experience you've gained over the years is valuable. Today's tools have made it easier than ever to turn that experience into a business that serves others. What most people need is a clear path and someone willing to explain things honestly.
That's what I've tried to build with Business Launch University. Start with the free Starter Course, take your time, and see what's possible. Your next chapter can start here.
